Ours Privacy, at oursprivacy.com, is a customer data platform for healthcare marketers who work under HIPAA. It sits between a website and tools such as Google Ads, Meta and GA4, and lets you redact, rename or hash each event before it goes out. If you've priced it and want other options, each one is below with its price evidence and the buyer it fits.
Prepared by Redacted, which makes an alternative to Freshpaint and Ours Privacy priced for early-stage founders and healthcare practices.
Fact-checked October 2026.
Keep Ours Privacy(opens in a new tab) if you run marketing for a larger healthcare organization; its Enterprise tier is "For large health systems, MSOs, DSOs, and national digital health companies operating at scale"(opens in a new tab). Ours Privacy also fits if your site has more than 10,000 monthly tracked users, if you want a SOC 2 Type II report covering all five trust criteria, or if you need call tracking, scheduling, form and CRM connections, which start at its Core tier. Its entry tier, Essential, covers up to 50,000 monthly tracked users.
Freshpaint(opens in a new tab) is the closer fit if consent management has to come in the entry plan, or if you need support until 8pm ET on weekdays. At Ours Privacy, outside consent tools work on every tier, and its own consent manager is shown from Enterprise, marked "add-on available"(opens in a new tab).
Redacted fits an early-stage founder or a single practice that needs the price before the demo: $99 to $299 a month for up to 10,000 monthly tracked users, month to month, with the BAA and setup included. It connects fewer tools than either vendor and has no SOC 2 report.
Build it yourself on server-side Google Tag Manager if you have a developer with weeks to give it and a host that signs a BAA (what that involves). Going without costs nothing up front, and your ads then optimize without your conversions (what you give up).
If Ours Privacy already covers your stack, a move to Freshpaint rarely pays for the disruption (see why).
Ours Privacy raised a $15 million Series A(opens in a new tab) in August 2026 and says it serves "over 200 healthcare organizations"(opens in a new tab). Its homepage(opens in a new tab) carries testimonials from digital health companies such as Maven Clinic(opens in a new tab), Allara(opens in a new tab) and Midi Health(opens in a new tab).
It sells four tiers, sized by monthly tracked users. The entry tier, Essential, covers up to 50,000 of them. Core, up to 200,000, is "For most healthcare organizations running digital marketing"(opens in a new tab). Enterprise is "For large health systems, MSOs, DSOs, and national digital health companies operating at scale"(opens in a new tab), and Enterprise+ runs past one million.

The asterisks are Ours Privacy's own. Its footnote for them reads "add-on available. Please contact our sales team to inquire about pricing and custom packages."(opens in a new tab) The page doesn't say whether a marked item costs extra on the tiers that show it or can be added to tiers that don't.
On destinations the page reads two ways. The Essential card allows "1 additional destination"(opens in a new tab) beyond Google Ads, Meta and GA4, while the pricing FAQ answers "Do you charge for adding extra destinations?"(opens in a new tab) with "No. Our pricing is simple and straightforward, based almost exclusively on volume of tracked users."(opens in a new tab) Ask which one applies to Essential.
Without the Core integrations, Ours Privacy's docs still show how to count a booking from Acuity, SimplePractice, Jane App, IntakeQ or Vagaro: record it on your own page when the widget hands the visitor back (docs(opens in a new tab)). Its docs also connect CallRail through a webhook (docs(opens in a new tab)). Neither page names the tier it needs.
If your stack is Google Ads, Meta and a booking form, you won't use most of this table. Redacted starts at $99 a month, month to month, and its largest plan covers 10,000 monthly tracked users.
No price appears on the pricing page, and every plan's button reads "Book Demo"(opens in a new tab). The page says pricing "is based upon a combination of monthly tracked users (MTUs), integrations needed, and customer support"(opens in a new tab), and its FAQ adds: "The price is dependent on the number of events you're tracking monthly and any changes needed to our standard BAA or implementation process."(opens in a new tab) Online sign-up is closed as well; the sign-up page reads "Sign ups are currently disabled."(opens in a new tab)
We found no public purchase data for Ours Privacy. The one price estimate we found from a customer comes from Growdent(opens in a new tab), a dental marketing agency that has run Ours Privacy for a large, multi-location dental group since March 2025. Its review, last updated in August 2026, budgets "low to mid four figures per month"(opens in a new tab) for a small-to-medium implementation and says the actual price depends on "traffic, integrations and scope"(opens in a new tab). The same August 2026 review recommends it ("For the use case we bought it for, it has worked very well"(opens in a new tab)) and adds for the smallest buyers: "For a tiny practice with low traffic and a very small ad budget, I would look carefully at the economics."(opens in a new tab)
Two reviewers on G2(opens in a new tab), both rating it 5 of 5, raise cost as well. A founder in marketing and advertising, listed as Art Z. and apparently Growdent's founder, reviewed it in September 2026: "For a small single-location practice/clinic with a modest budget, it can be harder to justify."(opens in a new tab) The same September 2026 review praises setup: "If you've used Google Tag Manager, it works the same way, so there was almost no learning curve."(opens in a new tab) A small-business reviewer wrote in October 2026: "The price can be high if just getting started without a ton of volume"(opens in a new tab).

The price rows aren't like for like. Growdent's and Vendr's figures are for plans and volumes they don't state, and Redacted's largest plan covers 10,000 monthly tracked users against Essential's 50,000. Freshpaint publishes its customer terms; Ours Privacy's are in the agreement you sign.
Start with your signed agreement. Ours Privacy doesn't publish its contract terms, and customers sign a Master Services Agreement and a BAA (docs(opens in a new tab)), so the term, the renewal date and any notice period are in your copy. By default it keeps event data "without a predefined limit"(opens in a new tab), and its docs let you set a custom retention period; ask how to export or delete that history before you cancel.
Its Google Ads sync works through your own Google Ads account, with "automatic creation and linking of conversion actions in Google Ads"(opens in a new tab). On the receiving side, Freshpaint says its team handles setup, "including migrating your existing tags, setting up integrations"(opens in a new tab), and that "Most customers are up and running in about three weeks"(opens in a new tab).
A change of setup can cost campaign performance while the ad platforms relearn. In its August 2026 review, Growdent wrote that moving a dental group onto Ours Privacy from its earlier setup brought "a few days of uneven performance"(opens in a new tab), that the campaigns "generally got back into gear in less than a week"(opens in a new tab), and that "A campaign getting ten conversions a month is going to relearn differently from one getting hundreds."(opens in a new tab)
A buyer who had spoken with both vendors wrote on Reddit in October 2026: "They are very similar"(opens in a new tab). Moving from Ours Privacy to Freshpaint rarely pays for the disruption unless Ours Privacy lacks something you need. If cost is the reason and your site has fewer than 10,000 monthly tracked users, Redacted's plans run $99 to $299 a month.
Freshpaint says it is "Trusted by 300+ healthcare organizations"(opens in a new tab). Its entry tier, Comply, includes advertising and analytics integrations "including Google, Meta, and GA4"(opens in a new tab), consent management and tracker monitoring, and web analytics with funnels and last-touch attribution. The top tier, Scale, is "Built for enterprise-wide deployment"(opens in a new tab) and includes Ad Performance, which connects ad clicks to booked and attended appointments (pricing(opens in a new tab); Ad Performance(opens in a new tab)). Freshpaint says that "typically takes 4-6 weeks"(opens in a new tab) to implement. Freshpaint's documentation requires a customer login (docs(opens in a new tab)), where Ours Privacy's is public.
Redacted publishes its plans: $99, $199 or $299 a month for up to 1,000, 2,000 or 10,000 monthly tracked users, month to month, with the BAA in every plan and setup done with you at no fee. It has less than Essential: it connects fewer tools than either vendor, has no SOC 2 report, and its largest plan covers 10,000 monthly tracked users against Essential's 50,000. Redacted sends booking-form and other conversions to Google Ads and Meta, and to GA4. Its other tool connections are In progress, so ask for the current list on the demo.
A do-it-yourself build is a server-side Google Tag Manager container on infrastructure you control, configured to remove identifiers and health details before an event leaves for Google or Meta. Whoever hosts it has to sign a BAA. Google's covers the Google Cloud products it lists(opens in a new tab), and Tag Manager isn't one of them.
Ours Privacy's co-founders discussed this route on a Hedy & Hopp(opens in a new tab) podcast in May 2025. Co-founder Adam Putterman said of server-side Tag Manager, "sGTM is a great solution."(opens in a new tab) He described its obstacles as "what happens as you scale. How do you maintain it?"(opens in a new tab) In his account, the next stage, a healthcare customer data platform such as Ours Privacy, adds "the peace of mind of this is all that we do"(opens in a new tab) and brings "some negatives potentially around cost and then learning the tool."(opens in a new tab)
People who have built it report the cost in time. An in-house healthcare marketer wrote on Reddit in July 2026 that it had "taken me almost a month to do it myself for my company's new website, and I'm still working out some kinks."(opens in a new tab) A freelancer noted in February 2026 that even with a hosted server-side setup that works, you're "still building custom GTM tags and managing servers"(opens in a new tab). And in January 2024 an agency reported that "simply moving GTM server side and anonymizing IP addresses wasn't enough for the lawyers at one big client company."(opens in a new tab) The same January 2024 comment goes on: "I've wondered if they're taking an extreme view or if I'm missing something that makes that approach not truly compliant."(opens in a new tab)
Some practices remove their ad tags and stop measuring. A marketer whose clients are healthcare organizations wrote on Reddit in April 2024: "Even our largest clients think the price tags aren't worth it and would rather err on the side of caution and track absolutely nothing."(opens in a new tab) A Freshpaint customer wrote on Reddit in May 2026 that one approach they had seen work for a smaller healthcare practice, without the resources for Freshpaint or its own server-side setup, was to "strip all client-side tracking, and go back to manualCPC"(opens in a new tab).
What that gives up is the data the ad platforms learn from. Growdent's August 2026 review says: "Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and the rest of the marketing stack need conversion data to work well."(opens in a new tab) On the May 2025 podcast, Adam Putterman described the stage after the pixels come off: "Your ads are potentially unoptimized and not working. You might not even know they're not working because you don't have any analytics set up."(opens in a new tab)
Yes, with a developer, a host that signs a BAA and a few weeks of work. Your own server-side Tag Manager covers what the route involves and what people who tried it report.
It doesn't publish a price, and it quotes on monthly tracked users, integrations and support (pricing(opens in a new tab)). Growdent, an agency that uses it, estimates "low to mid four figures per month"(opens in a new tab) for a small-to-medium implementation, without naming a tier, in a review last updated in August 2026.
It doesn't say. Customers sign a Master Services Agreement and a BAA, and those terms aren't published (docs(opens in a new tab)). Freshpaint's public terms default to an order-form term that renews for the same length (Terms(opens in a new tab)). Redacted is month to month.
Ours Privacy publishes no overage policy. It alerts you after two consecutive billing months at or above your monthly tracked-user limit (docs(opens in a new tab)), and Core, the tier above Essential, goes up to 200,000. Freshpaint can charge overage once you pass your contracted monthly tracked users two months running, for the rest of the term unless the order form says otherwise (Terms(opens in a new tab) §4.2). Redacted's plans step from 1,000 to 2,000 to 10,000 monthly tracked users at $99, $199 and $299.
Ours Privacy's Cal.com and Calendly integrations start at Core (pricing(opens in a new tab)). Its docs show how to count bookings from Acuity, SimplePractice, Jane App, IntakeQ and Vagaro by recording the booking on your own page, without naming a tier (docs(opens in a new tab)).
Ours Privacy lists CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics and Invoca from Core (pricing(opens in a new tab)), and its docs connect CallRail through a webhook without naming a tier (docs(opens in a new tab)). Freshpaint's catalog lists CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, Invoca and Marchex, without saying which tier includes them (integrations(opens in a new tab)).
Yes. GA4 is on every Ours Privacy tier, Essential included (pricing(opens in a new tab)), and in Freshpaint's entry tier (pricing(opens in a new tab)).
Ours Privacy lets one login switch between all the organizations that login belongs to (docs(opens in a new tab)), and each organization can have its own sandbox (sandbox(opens in a new tab)). Freshpaint runs a partner program with "over 50+ agency partners"(opens in a new tab).
Its entry tier, Essential, connects Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and one more destination; call tracking, scheduling, form and CRM integrations wait for Core (pricing(opens in a new tab)). Growdent's August 2026 review says that for a tiny practice with low traffic and a very small ad budget it "would look carefully at the economics"(opens in a new tab). Redacted is priced for this buyer: from $99 a month, month to month, with the BAA included. It connects fewer tools than either vendor and has no SOC 2 report.
It signs a BAA with every client and reports a SOC 2 Type II audit covering all five trust criteria (security(opens in a new tab)). No tool, ours included, makes your tracking compliant by itself. Social Catnip(opens in a new tab), an agency that installs Ours Privacy, wrote in October 2026: "Compliance is still shared between the vendor and you."(opens in a new tab) Redacted signs a BAA on every plan and has no SOC 2 report.

We read Ours Privacy's pricing page, including the FAQ answers held in its page code, and its sign-up page, service levels, security page, documentation, blog and homepage on October 29, 2026, logged out, with US English requested; the sites showed no regional variant. Two Ours Privacy documentation pages changed while we read them on October 27, so every documentation quote here was read again on October 29. We read Freshpaint's pricing page, terms, service levels, FAQ, product pages, integration catalog and trust center the same day, along with Vendr, Growdent, Healthie's directory, Social Catnip and the Hedy & Hopp podcast transcript. G2 blocks our reader, so the G2 quotes come from our earlier reads of that site in September and October 2026. Reddit comments were read through a public Reddit archive. Freshpaint's documentation requires a customer login. Prices are figures an agency and a purchase tracker have reported; neither vendor publishes one. Each fact links to its source.
