Ours Privacy's top tier, Enterprise+, covers over 1 million monthly tracked users, and its Enterprise tier is "For large health systems, MSOs, DSOs, and national digital health companies operating at scale"(opens in a new tab). Redacted (tryredacted.com(opens in a new tab)) is built for early-stage founders and small practices. It publishes a monthly price for each of its three HIPAA conversion tracking plans for Google Ads and Meta.
Prepared by Redacted, which makes an alternative to Freshpaint and Ours Privacy priced for early-stage founders and healthcare practices.
Fact-checked October 2026.
Ours Privacy(opens in a new tab) fits a larger organization that needs call tracking, scheduling, CRM or form connections and is ready to pay for Core, the tier where those start. It is also the one to choose for a SOC 2 report, public documentation and server APIs, audiences synced daily to Meta and Google (an Enterprise feature its pricing page marks as an add-on), or room to grow: Essential alone covers up to 50,000 monthly tracked users.
Redacted fits an early-stage founder or small practice for whom a published price and month-to-month terms matter more than breadth: its plans are $99, $199 or $299 a month for up to 1,000, 2,000 or 10,000 monthly tracked users, with the BAA and setup included. It connects fewer tools than Ours Privacy and has no SOC 2 report.
Already on Ours Privacy? Redacted's plans cover up to 10,000 monthly tracked users, and a move needs a contract that lets you leave. Check your signed agreement for the term and notice period first, since Ours Privacy doesn't publish its contract terms (moving between them).
| Price and plan size | Ours Privacy | Redacted |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | None. Every plan says "Book Demo"(opens in a new tab) | $99, $199 or $299 a month (pricing(opens in a new tab)) |
| Public price evidence | Growdent(opens in a new tab), an agency that uses it, estimates "low to mid four figures per month"(opens in a new tab) for a small-to-medium implementation and says the actual price depends on "traffic, integrations and scope"(opens in a new tab). Review dated August 2026; plan and traffic not stated. We found no public purchase data | The published price |
| What sets the price | "monthly tracked users (MTUs), integrations needed, and customer support"(opens in a new tab); its pricing FAQ adds "the number of events you're tracking monthly"(opens in a new tab) and any changes to its standard BAA or implementation; another answer there calls its pricing "based almost exclusively on volume of tracked users"(opens in a new tab) | Plan size, in monthly tracked users |
| Plan sizes | Essential up to 50,000 monthly tracked users, Core up to 200,000, Enterprise up to 1 million, Enterprise+ over 1 million (pricing(opens in a new tab)) | Up to 1,000 ($99), 2,000 ($199) or 10,000 ($299) |
| Contract | A signed Master Services Agreement and BAA; terms not published (docs(opens in a new tab)) | Month to month |
| How you start | A demo ("Book Demo"(opens in a new tab)) | A demo |
The columns don't price like for like. Growdent's estimate names no plan or traffic level, and one Essential tier covers up to 50,000 monthly tracked users where Redacted's plans cover up to 10,000.
Growdent, a dental marketing agency, has used Ours Privacy since March 2025 for a large, multi-location dental group. Its founder, Art Zabalov, wrote in his August 2026 review: "For a tiny practice with low traffic and a very small ad budget, I would look carefully at the economics."(opens in a new tab)
Ours Privacy had two reviews on G2(opens in a new tab) as of October 27, 2026, both 5 of 5, and both raise cost. In September 2026 a reviewer listed as a dental agency founder, who appears to be Zabalov, wrote: "For a small single-location practice/clinic with a modest budget, it can be harder to justify."(opens in a new tab) In October 2026 a small-business reviewer wrote that "The price can be high if just getting started without a ton of volume"(opens in a new tab).
Ours Privacy's pricing FAQ describes its offer as "competitive pricing designed to replace multiple tools"(opens in a new tab), without a figure.
| Essential and Redacted, row by row | Ours Privacy Essential | Redacted |
|---|---|---|
| BAA | "Ours Privacy BAA with minimal redlines"(opens in a new tab); a custom BAA from Core up | ✅ In every plan |
| Setup | Onboarding included. White-glove implementation is shown from Core and marked "add-on available"(opens in a new tab). Healthie(opens in a new tab)'s partner directory lists an "optional implementation fee"(opens in a new tab) | Set up with you, no setup fee |
| Support | Email. Target response from 1 hour for a critical issue to 1 business day for a minor one, counted in support hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm ET, Friday 9am to 1pm ET, except holidays (SLA(opens in a new tab)) | 24/7 |
| SOC 2 report | Type II across all five trust criteria, audited annually (security(opens in a new tab)) | None |
| Tools it connects | Google Ads, Meta (remarketing and conversions), GA4 and one additional destination, plus outside consent tools (pricing(opens in a new tab)) | Google Ads ✅, Meta ✅, GA4 ✅, booking forms ✅ |
Essential also includes web analytics, a web scanner, bot detection and filtering, identity stitching and a HIPAA audit trail (pricing(opens in a new tab)).
On setup, the September 2026 G2 reviewer, the dental agency founder, wrote: "If you've used Google Tag Manager, it works the same way, so there was almost no learning curve."(opens in a new tab)
Ours Privacy raised a $15 million Series A(opens in a new tab) in August 2026 and says it serves "over 200 healthcare organizations"(opens in a new tab). Its homepage(opens in a new tab) carries testimonials from digital health companies such as Maven Clinic(opens in a new tab), Allara(opens in a new tab) and Midi Health(opens in a new tab).
Core, "For most healthcare organizations running digital marketing"(opens in a new tab), covers up to 200,000 monthly tracked users. It adds call tracking (CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, Invoca), scheduling (Cal.com, Calendly), CRM, form and warehouse integrations, and a custom BAA, none of which Essential has. For booking widgets, Ours Privacy's docs show how to count a booking from Acuity, SimplePractice, Jane App, IntakeQ or Vagaro by recording it on your own page when the widget hands the visitor back (docs(opens in a new tab)). White-glove implementation, the analytics and attribution suite, A/B testing, session replay and heatmaps also start at Core, each marked "add-on available"(opens in a new tab).
Enterprise, "For large health systems, MSOs, DSOs, and national digital health companies operating at scale"(opens in a new tab), runs to 1 million monthly tracked users. It adds Ours Privacy's own consent manager, EHR connections such as Epic/MyChart and Athena Health, and Audience Builder, each marked "add-on available"(opens in a new tab). Audiences built there can sync daily to Meta Custom Audiences and Google Customer Match (September 2026(opens in a new tab)).
Every tier includes Ours Privacy's native and server SDKs, server APIs and webhook integrations (pricing(opens in a new tab)), and its documentation(opens in a new tab) is public.
Ours Privacy's customers sign a Master Services Agreement and a BAA (docs(opens in a new tab)). The terms aren't published. Ask how to export your data before you give notice; Ours Privacy's docs show how to export loaded events from Query Events as CSV or JSON (docs(opens in a new tab)). Ours Privacy keeps event data "without a predefined limit"(opens in a new tab) by default, and its security page says "Deletion requests can be submitted to our team at any time"(opens in a new tab), so request deletion once the move is done.
Whichever way you move, you reconnect Google Ads and Meta in the new tool, and a change of tracking setup can cost a few days. In its August 2026 review, Growdent says that after moving a dental group onto Ours Privacy from an earlier setup it saw "a few days of uneven performance"(opens in a new tab), and the campaigns "generally got back into gear in less than a week"(opens in a new tab). Ours Privacy's docs say its Sync button can link conversion actions already in your Google Ads account (docs(opens in a new tab)).
Ours Privacy's buyer's guide lists "What are the cancellation terms?"(opens in a new tab) among the questions to put to a vendor. Ask Ours Privacy before you sign.
Time a move off Ours Privacy for the end of your current term. Take the renewal date and notice period from your signed agreement, and give notice in the form it requires before that date.
Yes, if someone on your team can run a server. You would run server-side Google Tag Manager on hosting you control and set it to drop names, emails, IP addresses and health details from each event before it reaches Google or Meta. Your host has to sign a BAA too. Google's BAA covers the Google Cloud products it names(opens in a new tab), and Tag Manager isn't on that list. In a May 2025 Hedy & Hopp(opens in a new tab) podcast interview, Ours Privacy co-founder Adam Putterman said "sGTM is a great solution"(opens in a new tab) and placed its obstacles at "what happens as you scale"(opens in a new tab). In July 2026 an in-house healthcare marketer wrote on Reddit(opens in a new tab) that the build had "taken me almost a month to do it myself"(opens in a new tab). Ours Privacy and Redacted each sell the work as a service and sign the BAA.
It publishes no price. Every plan says "Book Demo"(opens in a new tab), and pricing is based on "monthly tracked users (MTUs), integrations needed, and customer support"(opens in a new tab). The only public estimate we found is Growdent's "low to mid four figures per month"(opens in a new tab) for a small-to-medium implementation, from an August 2026 review that doesn't tie the figure to a plan or traffic level. Redacted's plans are $99, $199 and $299 a month for up to 1,000, 2,000 or 10,000 monthly tracked users. The two don't price like for like, since Ours Privacy's Essential alone covers up to 50,000.
Ours Privacy doesn't publish its terms. Customers sign a Master Services Agreement and a BAA (docs(opens in a new tab)), and we found no public statement of the term length. Its buyer's guide tells buyers to ask a vendor about payment cadence: "Monthly, quarterly, annual?"(opens in a new tab) Redacted is month to month.
Redacted's price steps with its plans: $99 a month for up to 1,000 monthly tracked users, $199 for up to 2,000 and $299 for up to 10,000. Ours Privacy's Essential runs to 50,000 and Core to 200,000, with no published prices or overage policy; it notifies you at 95% of your limit and again after two consecutive billing months at or above it (docs(opens in a new tab)).
On Ours Privacy, scheduling (Cal.com, Calendly) and call tracking (CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, Invoca) integrations start at Core (pricing(opens in a new tab)). Its docs also show how to count bookings from Acuity, SimplePractice, Jane App, IntakeQ and Vagaro on your own page (docs(opens in a new tab)). Redacted sends booking-form and other conversions to Google Ads and Meta, and to GA4. It connects fewer tools than Ours Privacy, and its connections to scheduling apps such as Calendly are in progress, so bring your list of tools to the demo.
On Ours Privacy, yes: GA4 is one of Essential's destinations (pricing(opens in a new tab)). On Redacted, yes: it sends booking-form and other conversions to GA4.
Ours Privacy lets one login switch between client organizations without signing out (docs(opens in a new tab)), and each organization can have its own sandbox (sandbox(opens in a new tab)).
Each signs a BAA. Ours Privacy says every client receives a signed BAA "as part of onboarding"(opens in a new tab), and its SOC 2 Type II audit covers all five trust criteria (security(opens in a new tab)). Redacted includes the BAA in every plan and has no SOC 2 report. A BAA alone doesn't make your tracking compliant. Social Catnip(opens in a new tab), an agency that installs Ours Privacy for clients, wrote in October 2026: "Compliance is still shared between the vendor and you."(opens in a new tab)
Ours Privacy publishes no price for its entry tier, Essential, which covers up to 50,000 monthly tracked users; call tracking, scheduling, CRM and form integrations start at Core (pricing(opens in a new tab)). Growdent, which uses Ours Privacy, wrote in August 2026 that for a tiny practice with low traffic and a very small ad budget it "would look carefully at the economics"(opens in a new tab). Redacted's smallest plan is $99 a month for up to 1,000 monthly tracked users, month to month, with the BAA and setup included. It connects fewer tools than Ours Privacy and has no SOC 2 report.

We read Ours Privacy's pricing page (with the FAQ answers it loads through JavaScript), service-level page, security page, documentation, buyer's guide and blog posts on October 29, 2026, logged out, on its .com site. The same day we re-read the Growdent review, Healthie's directory, Social Catnip's setup guide, the Hedy & Hopp podcast transcript and Google Cloud's HIPAA page, and read the Reddit comment through a public Reddit archive. G2 blocked our reader, so the G2 count and quotes come from our earlier reads (September 16 and October 27, 2026) and from search listings. Ours Privacy publishes no price, so its price evidence is an agency's estimate and reviewers' comments. Redacted's prices and terms are its published plans. Each fact links to its source.
